François Cahagne, a native of France and a passionate foodie has the ambition of bringing top quality, handmade, fresh artisanal pastries and savory dishes to the streets of Winter Park. François achieves this goal by producing all sweet and savory products in-house with an international team of passionate and creative artists.

The flavors of Croissant Gourmet embody the delicate balance between artisanal tradition and the pursuit of perfection. Our desire to produce the very best is the result of a team that not only has the skills, but also the love and passion for the art of food.

Croissant Gourmet is all about the quality of the ingredients, we offer a variety of heart bread and pastries and thoughtfully source our grain from organic local and regional farms. Constantly baked in the kitchen which has a glass wall that allows people not only to be customers but also the audience of an unexpected show.
